Restoring Sight, Hope & Hearing…

The Northwest Lions Foundation provides assistance to individuals throughout the Pacific Northwest who can not otherwise afford vision and hearing related medical care. The Foundation also provides health screening at no cost to school children and adults for the early detection of hearing and medical conditions with mobile health screening units that are operated by Lions Clubs throughout Washington and northern Idaho.

• Spring Council Meeting — The MD19 Spring Council of Governors Meeting will be held Friday, May 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., at the Silver Reef Casino Resort, 4876 Haxton Way, Ferndale, Washington. A pre–council meeting, if neessary, will be held Thursday evening, May 23, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.

• MD 19 Annual Convention — Save the date! Check this out: The MD19 annual Convention is moving back to the spring! It will be held May 23 to 26, 2024 at the Silver Reef Casino Resort, 4876 Haxton Way, Ferndale, Washington. Download the flyer and pass it to your club and fellow Lions. Register now!

• Northwest Lions Leadership Institute — The 2024 edition of the MD19 Northwest Lions Leadership Institute is scheduled for May 26 to 29, 2024, at the Lynn Valley Lions Den in Lynn Valley, B.C. Canada.
