The board of trustees for the Northwest Lions Foundation currently consists up to two trustees from each of the five subdistricts in Multiple District 19 of Lions Clubs International, at large trustees appointed by the board, the seated Council Chair of Multiple District 19 and the board chairperson, vice chairperson, and secretary–treasurer and chairman emeritus.
